2009 Eclipse Awards - Troy Record

Recently the Breeders’ Cup considered and tabled a measure to ban trainers during the calendar year one of their horses tests positive for Class 1 or 2 drugs. I support that principle and should be willing to vote the same way at Eclipse time.
